Toronto Courts is a static, client-side data visualization tool. We are committed to your privacy and have designed this Site to collect as little personal information as possible.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

This Site does not require an account, login, or registration. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. No form submissions, user-generated content, or personal data of any kind is processed by this Site.

3. Hosting & Server Logs

This Site is hosted on a third-party hosting platform. Like all web servers, the hosting provider may automatically record standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is retained by the hosting provider per their own privacy policies and is not accessible to us for tracking individuals.

4. Analytics

This Site does not currently use any analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party cookies. No visitor behaviour is tracked or profiled.

5. Third-Party Services

Map tiles are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors via Leaflet, subject to OpenStreetMap’s copyright policy. These services may log standard request metadata per their own policies. We do not share any user data with these providers.

6. Local Storage

This Site does not set any first-party cookies. Your browser’s local storage may be used to preserve your theme preference and saved courts between visits. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

7. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
